We will mail you a receipt. If you need to know the amount of your rent please call us at the office.
If you wish to have your rent drafted from your bank account, we are able to do so to eliminate the need for a money order. We are sending out this information with a flyer to all tenants. If you need another form please call the office and we will be glad to get another one to you. Please fill out the form and mail it in or send it in turning the previously listed methods of payment. You may call the office each month to tell us what day to draft your rent.
Resident Services is severely limited during this time. We will not be transporting any tenant to any event or appointment. If you will call Greta, she will be glad to pick up items for you and bring them to you, but for the health and safety of our employees, we cannot take you to appointments.
We will continue to respond to emergency work orders but routine work orders will be postponed until April 13th.
Re-exams will continue to be taken. However, we will do as much as we can by phone.
